1 Scoop Prairie Naturals Organic Rice French Vanilla Protein Powder

½ Banana

1 TBS Nut Butter

¾ Cup Non-Dairy Milk

1 TSP Vanilla

½ Cup Organic Oats

1 ½ TSP Organic Chia Seeds

½ TSP Cinnamon
