Cocoa Bliss Energy Bites

• 1 cup rolled oats

• 1/2 cup almond butter

• 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup

• 2 tablespoons chia seeds

• 2 tablespoons flaxseed meal

• 2 tablespoons Prairie Naturals Organic Cocoa Focus Superfoods

• 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips (optional)


1) In a large mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, almond butter, honey or maple syrup, chia seeds, flaxseed meal, and Prairie Naturals Organic Cocoa Focus Superfoods. Mix well until all the ingredients are thoroughly combined.

2) If desired, fold in the dark chocolate chips for an extra burst of decadence.

3) Once the mixture is well-mixed, roll the dough into bite-sized balls, about 1 inch in diameter. If the mixture is too sticky, lightly wet your hands to make it easier to handle.

4) Place the energy bites on a lined baking sheet or plate and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow them to firm up.
