Medicinal Ingredients: Each V-Capsule contains: L-Carnitine (L-Carnitine tartrate) – 500 mg Mucuna pruriens (Mucuna pruriens, Seed, 60:1 extract equivalent to 1500 mg of dry herb) – 25 mg Coenzyme Q10 (Rhodobacter sphaeroides, Whole) – 25 mg Zinc (Zinc bisglycinate) – 5 mg Selenium (Selenomethionine) – 18.75 mcg Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Hypromellose, Microcrystalline cellulose, Magnesium stearate, Silicon dioxide.

Recommended Dose (Adult men, 19 years and older): Take 2 capsules 2 times per day with food or milk a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products.
