Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you take other vitamin D supplements, multivitamin supplements containing vitamin D, or products containing vitamin D analogues. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you take any prescription medications including antacids, anticonvulsants, digoxin, cholestyramine, colestipol, mineral oil, steroids and statins. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you take any prescription medications including thiazide diuretics. 15-20 mcg (600-800 IU) of Vitamin D per day is an adequate quantity for most individuals. Consult a health care practitioner to determine if you would benefit from additional Vitamin D before taking this product.

Contra-Indications:Do not use this product if you have hypercalcemia and/or hypercalciuria.

Known Adverse Reactions: Stop use and consult a health care practitioner if the following early symptoms of hypercalcemia occur: weakness, fatigue, drowsiness, headache, lack of appetite, dry mouth and metallic taste. Stop use and consult a health care practitioner if the following early symptoms of hypercalcemia occur: nausea, vomiting, vertigo, ringing in the ears, lack of coordination and muscle weakness. Stop use and consult a health care practitioner if you develop any symptoms.

Q: How do I get a drop out of the bottle? A: To get a drop from the bottle, tilt it as if drinking from a cup and gently roll it to release trapped air. Alternatively, turn the bottle upside down, look for the small hole between the circles on the orifice reducer, then tip the bottle for 10 seconds for a drop. If this doesn't work, you have the option to return the bottle to the store for a credit or replacement, depending on their policy.
