Prairie Naturals, a dynamic BC based natural health products supplier, has a full-time senior inside sales position available on our Award-Winning Customer Care team in our Coquitlam location.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Conduct inside sales activities, including prospecting and developing opportunities, closing sales and taking orders
- Order Entry
- Assist sales management in conveying customer needs to account managers & team
- Expand industry knowledge
- Promote campaigns
- Collaborate with Account Managers
- Help create and improve email templates and sequences
- Set a pace for hitting daily sales targets
- The customer care champion. You believe in serving customers by managing their expectations and delivering what you promise.
- An entrepreneur at heart. You enjoy the challenge of expanding new territory and executing a land-and-expand strategy.

- 4+ years of experience related to inside sales
- Organized and capable of multi-tasking
- Knowledgeable about vitamin and herbal supplements
- Proven track record of quota and goal achievement
- Ability to provide a high degree of major account management and control
- Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to excel in a team-oriented atmosphere
- Experience using Spire an asset
- Industry experience an asset
